NEW ZEALAND DELIVERY
My goal is to get your order to you as soon as possible. The table below should be used as a rough guide to delivery times, however no guarantees can be made because we are at the mercy of courier schedules and any unexpected delays they may face
Region Delivery Time. Cost for orders under $20 Cost for orders $20+
Auckland Next Business Day (for orders placed before 11:00 Mon-Fri) $7.90 Free
North Island Next Business Day (for orders placed before 11:00 Mon-Fri) $7.90 Free
South Island 2-3 Business Days (for orders placed before 11:00 Mon-Fri) $7.90 Free
Rural Add an extra day on to the above times $7.90 Free
For Auckland deliveries, you'll usually receive your order the next business day.
For orders to the rest of the North Island you should also receive them the next business day, however there is a small chance of a delay due to courier network problems such as road or airport closures.
Orders to the South Island have a good chance of getting to you the next day, however plan on 2-3 days if it is critical. Target delivery times are based on orders paid in full via credit card and for in stock items. Orders paid for by bank deposit will be processed and dispatched upon receipt of payment.
AUSTRALIA DELIVERY
All deliveries to Australia are through NZ Post (tracked) and take approx 3-10 business days.

Costs for orders $80.00 - $119.99 - $19.90
Costs for orders $120.00 - $500.00 - $29.90
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Should you want to return a product, claim for a refund, a credit or a replacement product to be sent out, because of one the following reasons:

The product does not match the description or specifications on the website.

You received the wrong product.

Your product was damaged in transit by the courier company.
Please contact me within one week of receiving the goods. If your goods were damaged in transit, I will require photos of the damaged goods emailed to info@naturalaromas.com so I can file a claim with the courier company. Often the courier company will pick up the damaged goods. Do not dispose of damaged or broken stock until advised as this may affect your replacement. I will ship replacements as soon as we receive the photos.
